1) go http://www.vjc.moe.edu.sg/vcsd/
2) type in user anme and pw
3) go to 'e-CIP student'
4) click under the section, Part 2: Self-Initiated CIP With External Organisations, 'New Activity'
5) Filling up details:

Activity name: Organising and facilitating a community service event [That's what I put because the other options are not very 'applicable' I find]

Organisation: National Environmental Agency

Beneficiary: none (this must be filled up so I type 'none' because I dont think we have a beneficiary do we? the environment? lol)

Role: Leader

Hours: Dependent to the mail Kaye sent

Start Date: 2008-05-31

End Date: 2008-06-14

As for the SLV section, I think you guys can ask Jianwei to send us a copy of our hours (from what I know, only Ms cai has a copy now. So that shall wait) However, Ms Cai's name is indeed not there so must ask her on Monday once and for all before the date of entry closes! haha
