HAPPY HARI RAYA AND CHILDREN'S DAY!!!

Happy Hari Raya Puasa!!! (Actually i'm not very concern about this cos there is not much muslim friends that i noe of) But anw, to all those lucky muslims out there, HAPPY NEW YEAR! Imagine all of the delicious food you get to eat and the new clothes you get to wear. We would have to wait till nxt year. :( Haha. Hari Raya Puasa is the most significant festival for Muslims as it marks the end of the fasting month, Ramadhan. Near Hari Raya, Geylang Serai is transformed into a bustling market selling all kinds of delicious food and festivity goods.

Now, coming to the more interesting thing, which falls on the same day tooooo: HAPPY CHILDREN'S DAY!!!

Woots!!! This is every children's dream day. Can you believe it that there is this day when it is dedicated to the child and the child is the greatest of them all today? Forget about the troubling Wall Street Crisis, forget about the China Milk Scare, forget about JBJ(some singapore politician) dies. Just indulge yourself for this day into the world of a child, where there is no worries, no problems and only joy!

Think of all the wonderful moments we have when we were young and let us relive that moment.

Remember the times, we can sit on the swing for hours?(although we still stone now for hours, our butts cant fit into the seat anymore -__-)

Remember the times we "quarrel" with our parents to let us sit on the kiddie ride one more time?(we also cannot squeeze our butts in right now.)

Remeber the times we ate ice-cream till our whole face kanna the cream??

Those were the times we were able to do all sorts of stupid things and nobody in the world will snarl at you. Those were the times were there are no stupid promos nor PW. Those were the times where it will be lost forever...

We have already grown out of our childhood. We may have not lived our childhood to our very best so let make it up for now. Go do all those spastics things you had wished to do but was afraid of other ppl's opinion cos if we dont do it today, we may never have a chance to do it. Haha. I'm off to play with my little toys cars now!
