On behalf of those going into army soon, we wanna thank those we came down for our pre-enlistment dinner! We are going to bid farewell to this world and may we be friends after we reincarnate after 2 years!! Please say your last words to us tomorrow as we will really appreciate them.
And to all my brothers who are going in, just remember go in there and enjoy(psycho yourself!).Remember to say hi and watch out for each other if we see each other in camp. However, you are not obliged to wash anyone's underwear!!! I'm sure we will all do well and get ourselves into OCS and get the quite-useless-but-cool sword! Take care and may Guan-yin-ma/Buddha/God/Vishnu/Allah/Mother Theresa protect all of us.

Keeping it alive
This is a random post to keep the blog alive!!!
The Smiths were unable to conceive children and decided to use a surrogate father to start their family. On the day the surrogate father was to arrive, Mr. Smith kissed his wife and said, "I'm off. The man should be here soon" Half an hour later, just by chance a door-to-door baby photographer rang the doorbell, hoping to make a sale.
"Good morning, madam. I've come to...." "Oh, no need to explain. I've been expecting you," Mrs. Smith cut in. "Really?" the photographer asked. "Well, good. I've made a speciality of babies" "That's what my husband and I had hoped. Please come in and have a seat"
After a moment, she asked, blushing, "Well, where do we start?" "Leave everything to me. I usually try two in the bathtub, one on the couch and perhaps a couple on the bed. Sometimes the living room floor is fun too; you can really spread out!" "Bathtub, living room floor? No wonder it didn't work for Harry and me" "Well, madam, none of us can guarantee a good one every time. But, if we try several different positions and I shoot from six or seven different angles, I'm sure you'll be pleased with the results" "My, that's a lot of....." gasped Mrs. Smith. "Madam, in my line of work, a man must take his time. I'd love to be in and out in five minutes, but you'd be disappointed with that, I'm sure" "Don't I know it," Mrs. Smith said quietly.
The photographer opened his briefcase and pulled out a portfolio of his baby pictures. "This was done on the top of a bus in downtown London" "Oh my God!" Mrs. Smith exclaimed, tugging at her handkerchief. "And these twins turned out exceptionally well, when you consider their mother was so difficult to work with" "She was difficult?" asked Mrs. Smith. "Yes, I'm afraid so. I finally had to take her to Hyde Park to get the job done right. People were crowding around four and five deep, pushing to get a good look" "Four and five deep?" asked Mrs. Smith, eyes widened in amazement. "Yes," the photographer said, "And for more than three hours too. The mother was constantly squealing and yelling. I could hardly concentrate. Then darkness approached and I began to rush my shots. Finally, when the squirrels began nibbling on my equipment, I just packed it all in." Mrs. Smith leaned forward. "You mean squirrels actually chewed on your, um......equipment?" "That's right. Well, madam, if you're ready, I'll set up my tripod so we can get to work." "Tripod?????" "Oh yes, I have to use a tripod to rest my Canon on. It's much too big for me to hold for very long. Madam? Madam? ....... Good Lord, she's fainted!!"

Merry Christmas!!
Christmas - a holiday during which neither the past nor the future is of as much interest as the present.
Steve: What's your father getting for Christmas? Dave: Bald and fat.
A 4-year-old boy was asked to give the meal blessing before Christmas dinner. The family members bowed their heads in expectation. He began his prayer, thanking God for all his friends, naming them one by one. Then he thanked God for Mommy, Daddy, brother, sister, Grandma, Grandpa, and all his aunts and uncles. Then he began to thank God for the food. He gave thanks for the turkey, the dressing, the fruit salad, the cranberry sauce, the pies, the cakes, even the Cool Whip. Then he paused, and everyone waited-- and waited. After a long silence, the young fellow looked up at his mother and asked, "If I thank God for the broccoli, won't he know that I'm lying?"

It's going to be really fun but we need your co-operation okay. So do put in a bit more effort to get the present, it can seriously be anything, like something fun or weird as well. Oh yes, it need not necessarily be unisex, it can be just for only guys or girls.
Lastly, everyone has to pay $20 for the food and expenses. We will inform you again when to pay and do visit the class blog regularly for any updates about the party.

An Advertisement for Gorgeous Girls and Charming Guys wanna-bes.
Hey there! Getting pumped and dressed for Prom Night? Fretting over ur appearance that doesn't include ur fanciful clothes (i.e face, hair, fingernail)? Well, worry no more! To look gorgeous, stunning and be in the limelight for Prom Night, come down to Maggie's Beauty Salon @ Serangoon Garden. My mom (whose name is NOT Maggie - which is a disgusting name) will make you look nice nice for Prom Night!
The exterior of the shop looks really really antiquated, including the front half of the interior. But once u step into my mom's portion of the shop, you'll be mesmerised by the modern-looking interior (a.k.a my mom's workplace)! My mom is a beautician if you havent figure it out so far... It's at Serangoon Garden, which is not very big and you'll probably locate it quickly (if you run around) Bus services to there include: 73, 136, 317, 315
My mom provides the following services: - Facial (clean your face) - Threading (this needs to be done days before make-up for girls) - Make-up - Pedicure - Manicure - Waxing (or bikini waxing for girls) - and Slimming? (as mentioned by her)
I'm sure you girls will need at least one of the services here. You guys too! Especially facial to wash ur faces. My mom say she'll give discounted price! Cheap cheap for my friends. So come on down as a group, but not too many at one go - her workplace not say very spacious. You'll be a happy customer, and I'll be a happy boy with increased allowance. (ok sorry I take that back. haha) Oh and btw, you need to Book an Appointment with her thru me if you're intending to go!
For more information, feel free to approach me for enquiry. I can bring yall them if you want. but I probably wouldnt stay there lol. Do come ok? XD

AFTERWARDS...
Hello people! A levels is "over"! Haha. I dont have much time cos i'm running off to go do MCQ so straight to the point.
1) DAY THAT MARKS END OF A LEVEL!!!
We are now currently planning a nice, cool, cute and sweet dinner instead of the usual movie getaway. It is most probably going to be: everyone go home 1st, then meet up later.
However, we do not have the venue set yet. So please reply to me any ideas you guys have!!!
2) POST PROM
Currently, we have a few options in hand
Go to Minyang's empty house which is the one at Orchard Road because he will already have moved to his new house by then.
Go to Minyang's NEW house which is at Newton. Not quite feasible.
Thinking in progress...
As you all can see, our best (and only) plan right now is option #1. So everyone please go call Minyang's mum and say she very pretty! Either that, START helping us think of the option #3!!!
3) Chalet
Right now, I still haven booked the chalet cos the STUPID govt service sucks! So we also have a few options now.
Stick to our plan which either of the days from 20th to 24th December and go some other chalets. I've looked around and still think the HomeNS chalets are still the best. Cheap and BIG. Here is the website: http://www.hometeamns.sg/index.cfm?GPID=44. I am thinking about going to the one at Sembawang( you can access it at the website at "Holiday Resorts") but i think it will be too small. So the bukit batok rugged one looks nice and big. Plus i dun think we need the bed much since we will be playing all night long!!! The problem is there is nothing much there so we will most probably have to plan our own activities! (Not that it is a problem.) Or, we can go back to the one at Pasir Ris!!!
We can try the STUPID inefficient aloha at a later date around January.
4) GUYS ONLY OUTING
For those guys who still dont know, we (the SMART, MACHO , HANDSOME, AWESOME... GUYS) are going out on a shopping trip on 4th December, Friday.
Venue will most probably be at ION Orchard where you can find everything!
5) SPONTANEOUS OUTINGS
Anyone feel like going out just plan and do it! Let us keep in touch!!! :)
As you guys can see, we got a hell lot of things to decide and do. I've already sent an email to your vjc email to reply me so that i can go collect the response. You dont reply, dont complain! I hope to get everyone's view so as to make a better decision. So do reply me and MAKE IT FAST!
N.B: Please go study for your MCQ!!!

For those of you who are going through a hard period, thinking that it is the end of the world after getting back your results, dont be. Because somewhere in this world, there are alot of people having that exact same feelings, the kind of feeling that you get after being rejected by your loved one (literally).
Hope it will put a smile on your face after watching this!

Records from hospital IMH
Record I Patient A: "So how... this book not bad yah?" Patient B: "Yah agree, excellent! Astounding work.. No nonsense, sharp and concise to the point. But there's a major flaw in this piece of art – too many character names to remember!!!" Nurse: "Hey! Can the two of you put the telephone book back to the original place?"
Record II A doctor asked a patient: "If I were to cut one of your ears off, what will happen to you?" Patient: "Then I will not be able to hear..." Doctor: "Hmm…that's normal...so if I were to cut your other ear off, what will happen then?" Patient: "I will not be able to see...." The doctor became nervous and asked: "Why would you not see then???" Patient: "Because my spectacles will fall off..."
Record III IMH has an old lady who wears black, carries a black umbrella and squats at the entrance to the IMH everyday without fail, rain or shine. The doctor wanted to administer treatment for her but decided to understand her behavior first. So, the doctor also wears black and carries a black umbrella; squatted besides her everyday. The days go by...the two of them squatted side-by-side w/o a single exchange of word. After one solid month, the old lady finally broke the silence and asked the doctor: "Err...Excuse me! Are you also a mushroom?"
Record IV A nurse saw a patient writing a letter. She got curious and went to take a peek. But the patient didn't wanna let her see. Nurse (unable to contain her curiosity): "Who are you writing to?" Patient: "I'm writing a letter to myself..." Her curiosity grew and she thought to herself (Why would someone write a letter to himself?) So she asked again: "So...what's written inside?" Patient (got impatient): "You crazy ah? I haven't received the letter, how would I know??"
Record V Two patients escape from the IMH. They climbed up a tree and one of them fell from the tree and started rolling on the ground. After a while, the patient below shouted to the one on top: "Hey! How come you are not coming down yet?" The patient on top replied: "No. no...I can't....I'm not ripe yet"
Record VI One patient visited the doctor: "Doc...How? I think I'm a chicken since the day I was born...." Doctor: "Wah! That’s very serious...Why do you only come and seek treatment now?" Patient: "Because my family needs me to hatch the eggs..."
Record VII One truck driver was doing his usual delivery to IMH. He discovered a flat tyre when he was about to go home. He jacked up the truck and took the flat tyre down. When he was about to fix the spare tyre, he accidentally dropped all the bolts into the drain. As he can't fish the bolts out, he started to panic. One patient happened to walk past and asked the driver what happened. The driver thought to himself, since there's nothing much he can do; he told the patient the whole incident. The patient laughed at him & said "can't even fix such a simple problem...no wonder you are destined to be a truck driver..." Here’s what you can do, take one bolt each from the other 3 tyres and fix it onto this tyre. Then drive to the nearest workshop and replace the missing ones, easy as that" The driver was very impressed and asked "You're so smart but why do are you here at the IMH?" Patient replied: "Hello, I stay here because I'm crazy not STUPID!"
